The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) and the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Foundation (PRF) are pleased to announce a partnership with the Massachusetts Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (MassPRA) a chapter of PRA, to hold the 2016 Recovery OWrkforce Summit May 22-25, 2016, in Boston, Massachusetts.
The collaboration between the two organizations, along with their combined widespread expertise and networks within psychiatric rehabilitation, promise to deliver another compelling and engaging experience for this year’s attendees. About MassPRA
Mass PRA is a collective of individuals and organizations, including people in recovery, families, providers, funders, trainers and researchers, promoting full access to the highest quality psychiatric rehabilitation services in support of wellness and recovery. Mass PRA is a chapter of the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association.
Their Vision
MassPRA envisions a person-centered system of recovery oriented rehabilitation services, with a skilled and culturally competent workforce of psychiatric rehabilitation practitioners and peer specialists. This system includes adequate, flexible funding that supports self-directed services, treatment options and natural supports, and service effectiveness measured by real-person, real-life outcomes.
