PRA is pleased to announce the launch of its new website, www.psychrehabassociation.org. An important element in the organization’s overall rebranding, the website reinforces PRA’s mission by seamlessly weaving in PRA’s new graphic identity and the improved content it offers to grow and train the psychiatric rehabilitation community. PRA’s collective goal has been to more effectively leverage PRA as the vehicle through which members and supporters can channel their passion for and belief in the essential role of psychiatric rehabilitation in the behavioral healthcare environment.

The new website combines an engaging user interface with an intuitive site architecture resulting in an enjoyable and streamlined user experience. Due to the enhanced communication, usability, and accessibility of the new website, members, prospects, chapters, and the global psychiatric rehabilitation can more seamlessly strengthen relationships and access the information they need to stay up to speed in an ever-changing field.

With the new website comes the introduction of new features:

  • PRA launched a Membership Directory, which allows members to search in a variety of fields for both individuals and organizations through this new member benefit.
  • PRA also launched a Knowledge Center to provide a comprehensive area for information the community can go to easily. This includes access to:
    •  Psychiatric Rehabilitation Journal
    •  PRA’s quarterly newsletter, PsyR Connection
    •  An enhanced press room
    •  Psychiatric rehabilitation related articles via an RSS feed
    • Research, models, samples, and other valuable resources
  • The new website incorporates the latest technology, seamlessly integrating videos, pictures, and social media tools and resources.

PRA’s enhanced website is a reflection of the important work the psychiatric rehabilitation community does, and it will be a valuable tool for PRA to more effectively grow and train the recovery workforce. Explore the new resources available to you, starting with the new website’s homepage.
