HYPE: Engaging Youth in the Development, Creation and Refinement of Innovative Services

In this workshop, attendees can learn about how youth voice has had an impact on the development and creation of an innovative service that blends employment and education support for transition age youth and young adults with psychiatric conditions, to help them successfully perform in the workforce and in school. The presentation will focus on the impact of youth voice in the design, development, and implementation of research leading to the creation of the HYPE (Helping Youth on the Path to Employment) intervention.
