How Can You Become An Expert In Psych Rehab?

Although some work has been done to define the entry level competencies for the practice of psychiatric rehabilitation, through the development of the CPRP credential, little is known about what constitutes “expertise.”  This interactive workshop will review a model for identifying competencies and will cover the literature on the development of expertise, and apply concepts and strategies to the field of psychiatric rehabilitation.  The presenter will conclude with specific recommendations for individual practitioners, educators, and researchers.
