Caren Howard, a leader in mental health policy with over 13 years of experience in congressional and political advocacy, will be presenting on: “Navigating Federal Funding and Policy: Expanding Mental Health Services, Peer Support, and Youth Peer Advocacy.” She will share valuable insights on funding opportunities and policy updates that impact psychiatric rehabilitation, peer support, and youth advocacy. The discussion will be moderated by Luke Sikinyi, Vice President of Public Policy at the Alliance for Rights and Recovery, a dedicated mental health advocate working to improve access to services for marginalized communities.
