Regular Summit Rate (February 28, 2017 - June 11, 2017)

Daily Rate: This rate is intended for individuals who plan on attending for only one day. 
PRA Members - Saturday, June 24th - $365.00
PRA Non-Members - Saturday, June 24th - $515.00
PRA Members - Sunday, June 25th and Monday June 26th - $225.00
PRA Non-Members - Sunday, June 25th and Monday, June 26th - $375.00

Group Discount - Send Multiple Staff and Save:

NEW! 2017 DISCOUNT PROGRAM! All registrations must be for staff from the same organization and all registration forms must be submitted together. Group discount does not apply to faculty registrations, Summit Add-ons or Membership Dues.  Discount only applies to full conference registration rates. 

Register 5-9 attendees and receive 10% off Summit Registration Fees.
Register 10 or more attendees and receive 20% off Summit Registration Fees.

Scholarships:

We would like to provide the opportunity for everyone to attend the 40th Annual Wellness and Recovery Summit and understand that financial strain can contribute to many cut backs. PRA and PRF work diligently with our generous, like-minded partners to provide scholarship opportunities for Summit registration to outstanding members of the Psych Rehab Community. If you would like to be considered to receive a scholarship for this year’s Summit, please email PRA at info@psychrehabassociation.org. We look forward to your participation and dedication to the Psych Rehab Community.

Please note: PRA cannot guarantee the availability of scholarship availability. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellation/refund requests received in writting by May 1, 2017 will be honored and will incur a $75 processing fee. Requests received between May, 2 and May 15, 2017 will incur a $125 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for requests made after May 15, 2017. Refund payments may take up to six weeks from the date of your refund request. *Substitutions: Written notification of a substitution must be received by 5:00pm ET on June 12, 2017 and will not incur any additional fee. No Substitutions will be honored on site. 

Transfer/Substitution Policy:

Should you be unable to attend the Summit your full registration may be transferred to another individual at no charge. A full conference registration may NOT be shared by multiple individuals. In order to allow time for processing, written notification of a substitution must be received by mail or fax no later than 5pm ET on June 1, 2017. No substitutions will be honored on site.

In compliance with ADA regulations, PRA will make all reasonable efforts to ensure those with disabilities are given equal opportunity to participate in the program offered by PRA. Waiver and Release of Liability:

By attending wellness and fitness related sessions at the 40th Annual Wellness and Recovery Summit.   You acknowledge that certain injuries are possible.  You, on behalf of yourself, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify PRA & PRF and its representatives, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims.
