All materials required by the application, including official transcripts of education, employment verification information, and continuing education and training logs must be submitted online at the time of application. Materials submitted after the application date will cause a delay in application processing and candidates application may be transferred to the next available testing period.

No initial exam applications accepted after Friday, September 30, 2016. Eligible candidates who are not successful in passing the prior administration (July 2016), may submit applications to retest through September 30, 2016 without penalty.
